The Flap Pouch has the same dimensions and pockets as the Original TECHPAC except instead of the five tool loops on the outside of the front pocket we have installed a 4" X 4 1/2" front flap with a 1" Velcro strip that will hold anything you put in the pouch so securely you can even do somersaults. (If you wanted to that is) This style is popular with people who carry cell phones, note books, pens, pencils and even darts because the flap keeps them secure and even helps to keep things dry incase it rains.
